Ms. Mitchell is an associate attorney with Hurtik Law & Associates.  She received her B.S. from Sanford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1999.  She received her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 2003.  She was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 2005.  She is admitted to practice before all Nevada state courts and Federal Court for the District of Nevada.  She is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and Clark County Bar Association.  She practices in the areas of general liability, construction defect litigation, wills, and bankruptcy.
